Had the kalua pork fried rice (added side of avo) and my person had one of the omelettes. It was yum and it was prepared pretty fast.

Got here by about 9:30 with a party of 4 and had to wait 30-40 min. Lots of people got seated before us, but they were smaller parties. Once you put your name down, walk around and check out the other shops. Had the one piece haupia macnut French toast. The little piece of coconut pudding on top was unusual and good and the French toast was delicious. I actually shared the French toast with my mom who got the half papaya filled w/yogurt, Anahola granola and fruit. Hers was fresh and delicious as well and both were plenty to fill both of us up for an afternoon of swimming and snorkeling!

Great food, friendly service. Very chill Hawaiian restaurant.

While it is anticipated that you will spend more than island average in Poipi, this venue sets a new standard in duplicity. The restaurant itself is a stall. Seating is limited to two picnic tables. If it is raining, you are definitely dining elsewhere. The online menu is no longer offered by the new owners. My wife ordered the Tow-In plate (2 runny scrambled egg, 4 average size strips of bacon, and 2 pieces of french toast). I ordered a side of french toast - $11 for one Hawaiian bread toast slice. The food quality was that of a mediocre cafeteria. My wife had hibiscus tea - good. I ordered coconut water - $5 for a Kirklands juice box. The only areas of praise I can give are convenience of location and promptness of service. The photos others have posted are representative, but they are way overselling the experience. It just aint authentic. You are vacationing in paradise. Seek the gold standard in quality set by so many other local Kauai business owners.

I got the lemon berry french toast with sausage and fried eggs. It was so yummy. The French toast is light and fluffy, and the sausage was delicious.

Decent take away, but I m hoping it s much better during non-covid times. I ll say the food was okay, but the counter service folks were nice. The eggs were just okay, but the best part of our two meals was the French toast with the coconut topping. Although, just getting one piece was disappointing. Also the coffee cups are not compostable.

We got the pork fried rice and the French toast with lemon and berry topping (forgot the actual name). The French toast came with eggs and bacon. The bacon was delicious. The fried rice was 7/10 but if you re a pineapple person you ll love it. The French toast was 9/10. I loved it. Each meal is around $17.

Place is a strip mall so it s well kept. Food was good and good portions. However I will say we ordered the omelet twice and both were super salty, that s why they lost a There s a few tables close by to sit and eat. You order and they come out with your order to look for you. Over all good for us it kept us full for two meals. I recommend getting a beverage at the juice company next door, yum!!

Delicious breakfast option close to the resort! I had the kahlua pork rice bowl with scrambled eggs& it was perfect for my post run meal. Also treated myself to the homemade ginger beer. Not too sweet, hit the spot. It s take away and you have to rotate through sharing picnic table space, or just take it back to your resort.

One of our top favorite breakfast spots on our trip! So much so we went back twice. It s an order and go kind of place but there are some spots to sit around the plaza. We especially loved their kalua pork fried rice a perfect mix of a little crunch, balanced sauciness, and a bit of sweetness from the pineapple. Their French toast was so good can t go wrong with any topping you choose; my personal favorite was the haupia topping. Sweet people and delicious food! Standing in line is worth it and usually moves fairly quickly.
